  • MWHS Counseling Office and Counselor summer hours for 2019

    Date:   August 13, 14, 15 Hours:  7:00 AM-3:00 PM

    Date:   August 20, 22 Hours:  7:00 AM-3:00 PM

               August 21st Hours:  11:00 AM-7:30 PM

    (Note: Fast Start on August 21st from 2:00-7:00 - walk-in meetings only)

     

    Please note that from June 7th through August 13th there are no counselors available and the Counseling Office is closed. Counselors will respond to emails and phone calls left for them over the summer upon their return to work the week of August 13th. Please contact the main office at (952) 491-8106 for all urgent matters.

     

    Caseload assignments for 2019-20

    Counselor assignments are:

    Tiffany Simon: 8th and 9th grade counselor

    Tina Kampa: Grades 10-12 Last Names:  A-K

    Ann Baumann: Grades 10-12 Last Names L-Z

     

    Schedule Change Requests:

    Students can view their 2019-20 schedules through Family Access beginning June 7th.  

     

    Counselors will respond to schedule change requests beginning Tuesday, August 13th. The first step in requesting a schedule change is to complete the schedule change form found on the guidance website.

     

    If needed, your counselor will schedule appointments upon their return on August 13th. Thanks for your patience!

     

    Transcript Requests:

    All transcript requests should be made through www.parchment.com. Online requests will be approved during main office hours throughout the summer.  

     

    New Student Registration:

    New student registration appointments will be scheduled during the August office hours listed above. Please call the main office at (952) 491-8106 to schedule an appointment if calling prior to August 12th. After August 12th, please contact the guidance office at (952) 491-8115 to make an appointment.
