My name is Marty Fischer and I am proud to be the Assistant Principal at Mound Westonka High School!  I have spent my entire career in education at Westonka - 5 years as a Business Education Teacher and 25 years as Assistant Principal.  

I am honored to serve Westonka students, families, staff, and this community.  The support from our community and school board continues to propel Mound Westonka High School to be one of the best high schools in the state of Minnesota.  

As Assistant Principal, my passion is to ensure that every student has an experience that is positive, supportive, and allows for achievement at its highest potential.  Student growth from 8th grade to 12th grade can be significant - academically, emotionally, physically, and mentally.  As parents/guardians navigate these many changes at home, all of us at MWHS stand ready to help and support in every way possible.  It takes a team to support and help each other during these high school years and I am humbled and honored to be a part of that team.
