Facility Rental

  • The Westonka Activity Center is happy to work with athletic associations, community groups, and individuals through the process of private rental. To begin the reservation and rental process, please contact the Westonka Activity Center Manager, Gary Pioske, by emailing pioskeg@westonka.k12.mn.us. 

    Gymnasium

    The Westonka Activity Center gymnasium holds 3 multi-purpose courts that can be divided by ceiling to floor curtains. The facility has six scoreboards, two batting/golf cages and-lines-striped for three regulation-sized basketball courts, three regulation size volleyball courts, nine regulation size pickleball courts and tick marks for three regulation size tennis courts.

    Class II User-$25/hr per court or $75/hr full gym

    Class III User-$30/hr per court or $90/hr full gym 

    WAC Gymnasium

    Batting/Golf Cages

    The Westonka Activity Center gymnasium has two batting/golf cages available to rent. 

    $30/hr per cage

    Conference Room

    The Westonka Activity Center has an 800 square foot multi-purpose conference room with technology capabilities. This space can house various events such as meetings, baby showers, wedding showers, trainings, and birthday parties! The room comes complete with a sink, counter space and a fridge/freezer. The room comfortably accommodates 30-40 people. Tables and chairs are included in your rental.

    WAC Conference Room

    6-Lane Competitive Lap Pool

    The Westonka Activity Center and Mound Westonka High School is home to a 6 lane pool that is used by the MWHS Swim & Dive Teams, the Westonka Flyers Swim Club, and the Community Education Aquatics Department. The pool has a diving board, handicap lift and stairs (upon request). 

    Class II User-$45/hr

    Class III User-$60/hr

    Lifeguard (upon request) $18/hr
