The Westonka Activity Center offers a variety of fitness opportunities including: cardiovascular equipment, a strength area, weekly group fitness classes and aquatics fitness classes.

Participants must be 13 years of age and older to use the equipment without adult supervision.
Use of the fitness equipment is included in the daily fee or with a membership. A free orientation to help you get acquainted with the equipment is included with a membership and is available upon request.Fitness Classes
A variety of fitness classes are offered at the Westonka Activity Center. Classes are taught by professionally trained instructors. All fitness classes are included in the membership fee. Non-members must pay the daily rate to attend a class. View the fitness class schedule below.
Due to COVID-19 policies and procedures, pre-registration is now required for indoor fitness classes. A mask must be worn at all times, including during activity. Please consult with your physician prior to beginning any new exercise program. Space is currently limited to 9 participants unless otherwise noted. Personal Training

We offer personal training for one-on-one or small group sessions. Personal training offer individualized training to meet the needs of each clients abilities and goals.
Cancellation Policy: If a personal training client cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled session the clients forfeits the payment/session.

Meet the Trainers:
Jen Trundle
Jen graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN. She received her group fitness certification while attending Gustavus and began teaching classes at the college. Jen is a Certified Personal Trainer, Functional Movement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Additionally, Jen is certified in Functional Movement Techniques which incorporates screening and assessment, self-myofascial release, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Massage (IASTM), kinesiology/sports tape, and corrective exercise. She can also perform the Functional Movement Screen (FMS). The FMS assesses 7 fundamental movement patterns that help identify functional movement quality. Other Certifications/Specialties include; EBFA Barefoot Specialist, Kettlebell KBC Certified, Senior Fitness Specialty, Cardio Kickboxing, Dance Fitness, and Youth Athletics.

The Westonka AOA Program is designed with the older active adult participant in mind. The program’s overall goal is to assist, support and empower AOA program participants in increasing muscular strength and range of motion, while creating a fun and safe environment.
