Westonka Community Education & Services operates in conjunction with Westonka Youth Football to provide football exposure and playing opportunities to youth players in the community. For youth players there are ample opportunities to participate in football and learn the game. In the Fall anyone grade K - 4 can participate in the Football Skills Clinic. This program focuses on the basic fundamental skills of football. Players work with White Hawks Varsity players and Coaches on drills and fun games.
The Fall season also offers the Westonka Youth Football Flag Football League for 3rd and 4th graders. This league features players participating in two weekly practices and Saturday game days as they compete against each other in flag football. The players develop skills necessary for success on the field in a fun and safe environment.
Westonka Youth Football also offers tackle football for 5th and 6th graders. Players will practice two nights a week and learn the proper fundamentals of football and correct tackling techniques. Teams will be formed and compete against other local communities on Saturday mornings.
The Spring and Summer Seasons allow for skill development opportunities through various camps. The Spring Football Skills Clinic, White Hawks Football Skills Camp and White Hawks Football Developmental Camp are all great opportunities to improve as a player in a safe environment.
