Cancelation Policy
Participants will be notified if there is a change in the date, time, or location of the class, if the class is canceled or if the class is full. Registration confirmations are sent via email to participants who have shared their email address with us.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise noted, refunds, less a $10 processing fee, will be provided when a registration is withdrawn at least three (3) business days prior to the class start date. After that time, no refunds will be issued. Partial refunds will be considered if injury or serious illness prevents a student from participating. If we need to cancel a class, we will contact you and a full refund will be provided.
Participation Waiver
By enrolling in a Westonka Community Education and Services program, you agree to release and hold harmless, Westonka Community Education and Services, Independent School District 277 and any other organizations, cities or individuals associated with this program from any responsibility for injuries or damages that you may sustain as a result of participating. In the case of participation by a minor, a parent or guardian must consent on their behalf.
Photo Consent
Unless you notify us, photos or film taken during our programs may be included in our publications and communications. If you wish not to be included, please notify our office at (952) 491-8040.
Weather Closing & School Closing
If the Westonka Public Schools close during the day due to severe weather, Community Education activities will also be canceled. Email notifications will be sent from the district and information will be posted on our social media accounts (Facebook & X).
