Preschool and Preschool Adventure will be holding a 25–26 Parents Registration Information Night on Tuesday, February 25, from 6-7 pm at the Educational Service Center, Community Room. (5901 Sunnyfield Road, Minnetrista)

• Health Care Summary Form
• Immunizations Form

Here is the 2025-26 registration timeline:

• Now - March 7, 2025 - Paperwork for registration is submitted to the Early Learning Center Office.  

Registration paperwork includes:

• • • Early Childhood District Registration Form (completed by the parent/guardian)

    • Health Care Summary (completed by a child’s physician)

    • Immunization Record (completed by child’s clinic or the parent/guardian)

• February 25, 2025 - 6:00 - 7:00 pm Parent Information Night at the Educational Service Center (5901 Sunnyfield Road, Minnetrista)

• March 3 -7, 2025 - Parent/Guardian logs into Eleyo to create a Preschool Contract AND an Adventure Club Contract if needed. (Registration will be open from March 3 at 8:00 am - March 7 at 4:00 pm.)

• March 10-11, 2025 - Paperwork and Registrations are matched up to make sure everything is complete.

• March 12 - 19, 2025 - Contracts are accepted based on a Tiered Lottery System using the following tiers:
  • Tier 1 - District Staff, Current ECFE and Preschool Families and Westonka Early Childhood Advisory Council
  • Tier 2 - Current Families who have a sibling in Tier 1 (see above) or Current K-4 Adventure Club families
  • Tier 3 - General Public

Spots will be saved in each class for each Tier.  If your child’s contract does not get approved in the first tier, they will move to the next tier and so on until all slots have been filled.

• March 20, 2025 - All families will receive an email from the Early Learning Center stating if their child’s contract was approved or if they were placed on the waiting list.
