March 10, 2023 — Westonka School Board Chair Gary Wollner announced that three individuals will advance to the interview portion of the board's process for appointing someone to fill the remaining term of a seat vacated in January. Current school board members reviewed eight applications for the vacant position.

Bradley Hammer, Joanna Kahn and Brian Roath will be interviewed by the full school board at the regular meeting on Monday, March 13. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. in the Community Room of the Educational Service Center, 5901 Sunnyfield Road E, Minnetrista.

Interview Schedule:

6:05 p.m. - Bradley Hammer

6:30 p.m. - Joanna Kahn

6:55 p.m. - Brian Roath

Following the final interview, the full school board will vote to determine who will be appointed to the vacant seat. The applicant with the most votes will be seated at the May 1 regular meeting.
