Join the Westonka Community Education and Services Advisory Council
April 22, 2021 — The Westonka Public Schools Community Education and Services Department is seeking volunteer members to join our Advisory Council. If you are looking for a way to become more involved in your community and the school system, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
The Advisory Council helps guide the direction of Westonka Community Education and Services and supports programming for our lifelong learners. All persons who reside or work within the Westonka School District boundaries are eligible to become a Council member. Individuals may represent civic or community service organizations, local government bodies, local businesses, local community programs or faith based organizations. High school aged students are also eligible.
An introductory meeting will be held via Zoom on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at 7 p.m. This virtual meeting will explain more about the Advisory Council and how you can get involved.
