    The Westonka community is invited to celebrate a major milestone in the school's history with the groundbreaking ceremony for the redesigned Westonka High School. The event will take place on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. on the north side of the high school, located at 5905 Sunnyfield Road E, Minnetrista.

    On a beautiful spring-like day on March 14, students around the Westonka School District eagerly headed outside with hundreds of food items they collected for the Westonka Food Shelf at the annual “Stuff the Bus” event. A school bus stopped at each school, where students stuffed the bus with food and cash donations collected during the March FoodShare Drive.

    Hilltop Primary students were treated to a performance by Opera for the Young (OFTY) on February 26. OFTY, a performance-based group that travels to schools to introduce children to the world of opera, presented a condensed version of Mozart’s “The Magic Flute.”
