    MWHS Football Players Share Love of Reading with Young Students

    Even though it’s the off season, members of the White Hawks football team donned their jerseys last week for visits to Hilltop and Shirley Hills primary schools. February is "I Love to Read Month," so the players took the opportunity to celebrate the importance of reading by visiting pre-K through fourth grade classrooms to read books to the young students.

    MWHS Vocalists to Perform 'Suffrage Cantata' with Bella Lumina

    In celebration of the 50th Anniversary of International Women’s Day being adopted by the United Nations, Bella Lumina will honor the stories and history of the Suffrage Movement by performing Andrea Ramsey’s Suffrage Cantata, a multi-movement work scored for treble choir, piano, string quartet, percussion, narrator, and soloist, on March 8, at Westwood Lutheran Church in St. Louis Park.
