Superintendent's Facilities Updates
As we wrap up another successful school year, I am filled with gratitude for all that we've accomplished together and excited for what lies ahead. Please read the Borg Report for summer construction highlights.
This week marked an exciting milestone at Westonka High School as we officially reopened the north entrance for all students and visitors. I want to thank Principal Jolene Herfel and her team for their efforts in making a seamless transition into the new main office space on the north end of the building. The courtyard entrance is now closed as construction continues.
Beginning Monday, May 4, Westonka High School will reopen its north entrance for all students and visitors. Please read the Borg Report for important details about building access, updated routines, and summer 2026 construction.
As we head into the spring and summer months, Westonka Public Schools is preparing for a significant season of construction across the district.
At its Feb. 9 meeting, the Westonka School Board approved the revised 2025-26 budget and reviewed a projection for the following year. Please read the Borg Report to learn more.
