Westonka Public Schools continues to set a high bar for student success, with 2025 graduation data showing exceptional results.

Westonka achieved a 97.7% four-year graduation rate in 2025 (an increase from 97.4% in 2024), far surpassing the state average of 84.9%. The district’s five-year graduation rate reached an impressive 99.5%, reflecting continued success in supporting students beyond the traditional timeline when needed.

Additionally, Westonka posted strong outcomes for students eligible for free or reduced-price meals, with a graduation rate for that subgroup of 93.3%, significantly higher than the state average of 76%.

“These statistics are a reflection of the diligent work happening every day in Westonka to monitor student progress and provide support where it’s needed most,” said Mark Femrite, assistant superintendent of teaching and learning. “Westonka High School Principal Jolene Herfel, Assistant Principal Marty Fischer and our school counseling team are deeply committed to ensuring every student stays on track and crosses the graduation stage.”
