As we kick off the 2026-27 school year, we look forward to building on Westonka’s small school advantages and big school opportunities. Our staff are ready to welcome, challenge and support every student. With the continued partnership of our families and community, I am confident that it will be another great year.
I want to take a moment to highlight the many ways we work together to prioritize safety across our school campuses. While no system is perfect, we remain committed to continuous improvement and collaboration. School safety is multifaceted, relying on strong operational systems, trusted relationships and communication, regular training, partnerships with local emergency responders, and secure, responsive facilities.

As we look to the future of Westonka Public Schools, I’m proud to present our new strategic plan, which will go to the Westonka School Board for final approval on June 8, 2026. This plan reflects both who we are and where we are headed.
